Warranty & Liability Policy for Products Listed on our Website (Products)

PVC Industrial Products Ltd. disclaims any liability or responsibility for injury, loss or damage resulting from failure to abide by safety considerations and precautions generally considered reasonable and normal by the public or from failure to abide by PVC Industrial Products Ltd.’s warnings, safety instructions or other precautionary guidelines as posted, updated or amended from time-to-time on this website or stipulated in the Product literature.

PVC Industrial Products Ltd. disclaims any liability or responsibility:

1. for labor, materials or other expenses required to replace the defective Product or to repair any damage resulting from the use thereof;
2. for the Purchaser’s calculations, product drawings or engineering design specifications;
3. regarding the accuracy of any plans, drawings or specifications furnished to the Purchaser as part of the sale of any of its products;
4. for loss or damage resulting from failure to abide by manufacturer’s warnings, safety instructions or other precautionary guidelines.

Any claim of liability asserted against PVC Industrial Products Ltd. whether in contract or in tort (including negligence) or otherwise, with respect to or arising from the sale, delivery, installation, repair or use of any products sold to the Purchaser shall not exceed in any case the purchase price of the Products found to be defective.

PVC Industrial Products Ltd.’ liability due to the sale of the Products is strictly limited to the replacement of Products as herein specified and PVC Industrial Products Ltd. shall not, in any event, be liable for any damages whether for the loss of use or business interruption or any other claim for incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.  There is no warranty, condition or representation of any nature whatsoever, expressed or implied, by statute or otherwise, except as herein specified.

Return Policy

All returns must be approved by PVC Industrial Products Ltd. prior to return.

Standard Stock Items (items that are stocked under a PVC Industrial Products Ltd. or manufacturers’ part number):

1. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the return of “standard stock” items.
2. Material must be returned in a saleable condition, which includes but is not limited to:  being clean, undamaged, no evidence of use, no solvents, paints or glues applied, and being unaltered by the customer.
3. Customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred with the return of the materials.

 Non-Stock or Custom Ordered Items:

1. Most non-stock and custom ordered items are non-cancelable/non-returnable (cancellation charges may be applied to these items if production has been started or if special materials have been purchased for these items).
2. Any product that is not a “standard stock“ item is subject to factory acceptance for return approval. Restocking fees for non-stock or custom items that have been approved for return will be determined per incident.
3. Material must be returned in a saleable condition, which includes but is not limited to:  being clean, undamaged, no evidence of use, no solvents, paints or glues applied, and being unaltered by the customer.
4. Customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred with the return of the materials.

Material Shipped in Error By PVC Industrial Products Ltd. or Material Suspect of Defect/Non-Conformance:

1. Prior approval will be needed for the return of these items to insure proper credit and documentation.
2. Items shipped in error will have a credit issued against the original invoice upon receipt of returned incorrect material. Replacement items will ship as soon as possible and will be billed against a new invoice.
3. Material suspect of defect or non-conformance will be inspected upon return to determine and/or remedy any possible problem.
